Key Account Management course has a guest: Mr. Marko Popovič

The Key Account Management graduate elective course (led by Prof. Dr. Barbara Čater) welcomed a guest from the world of business on Wednesday, 23 May 2018; namely, Mr. Marko Popovič, Key Account Manager at KIG.

The guest first detailed the criteria based on which the company decides which customers it will do business with and which customers will be its key accounts. He also explained how the company has organised its key account management, highlighting the differences in the management of key accounts compared to other customers. Finally, he explained how the plan for conducting business with a key account is made and the ways satisfaction with and the profitability of key accounts are monitored.
