EMTM students learned about tourism in Slovenia from industry experts
European Master in Tourism Management (EMTM) students listened to the guest lecture by Eva Štravs Podlogar, director at RAGOR Development Agency, regarding the strategies and policies of Slovenian and Gorenjska region tourism.
They visited Tourism Ljubljana, where Dejan Ristić, a tourism infrastructure consultant presented the development, plans and strategies of tourism in Ljubljana.
During their visit to Brda, students listened to Tina Novak Samec, director of Tourism Brda and Marko Ferluga, acting director of Tourism Koper, who presented their destination development and the need for better stakeholder and regional cooperation.
Students will be searching for solutions to these challenges during their projects.
