*Leadership Capacity session: Traditional leadership models have often focused on the concept of inspirational individuals who act as beacons of exemplary behaviour to those around them. This suggests that leadership is something done by the few to the many and often does not reflect the reality of the contemporary adaptive and collaborative environments. By spreading the leadership responsibility across an organisation, improved innovation, ownership and clarity can be generated. Using two very different case studies, Justin will illustrate this concept of distributed or shared leadership.
The event will be delivered in the English language and is free of charge.
