Workshop: Yin and Yang in Chinese cuisine

Confucius Institute Ljubljana organized cooking workshop with Youngquan Huang from the province Guanxi. He lives in Slovenia since 1993 and is one first Chinese chefs in our country. Participants learned how to prepare 8 Yin and Yang dishes and gained basic knowledge of Chinese dining etiquette.
Workshop was held on Thursday, 29 May 2014, at Kolodvorska 20.
