Teaching Assistant Elizabeta Nestoroska Dimić defends her doctoral thesis at the FELU Campus in Skopje

The FELU postgraduate student and teaching assistant Elizabeta Nestoroska Dimić defended her doctoral thesis, entitled The strategic role of leadership in developing organizational behavior under the supervision of Ljubomir Drakulevski, Dean of the Faculty of Economics in Skopje. Nestoroska Dimić is professionally active at Maksteel, an international steel factory in Macedonia. She is also currently serving as a teaching assistant for management at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and assistant for technical support at the Skopje campus.
Elizabeta Nestoroska Dimić completed her undergraduate studies at the Cyril and Methodius Faculty of Economics in Skopje. As a member of the first class of the Consortium Master Studies in Management and Organization at the FELU Campus in Skopje, she defended her master’s thesis, entitled Modern Leadership Styles Applied in Makstil AD – Skopje, Republic of Macedonia in 2009 under the mentorship of Professor Nada Zupan.
