The FELU provides students with the best possibilities for career and personal development. It has signed 182 exchange agreements with universities from 43 countries around the world with the aim of encouraging international mobility. Regional distribution of both incoming and outgoing students covers all continents. In the study year 2013/14, the FELU has 356 incoming and 248 outgoing students. International mobility trend has been gradually increasing. In the current study year the number of incoming students has risen by 25 per cent compared to the year 2009/10, while the number of outgoing students has soared by over 50 per cent. The highest percentage of incoming students comes from Western Europe, and the highest growth rate has been recorded for incoming students from Asian countries (China, Republic of Korea and Central Asian countries). Erasmus exchange programme remains the favourite choice among the outgoing students.
