The purpose of teh workshop is to provide HRM managers and other board members with real cases of employee retention (building the talent-focused culture in the company, learning and practicing a “take action” process ect.) that will give participants an overview and tools. Howe to keep their best workers engaged? And on the other hand, how to identify mismatch.
Lecturer: Thomas William Lee (Ph.D., University of Oregon) is the Hughes M. Blake Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington. He is co-creator of the unfolding model of voluntary employee turnover, job embeddedness and psychological withdrawal states theory (PWST), and his current research focuses on testing and extending the PWST. Thomas William Lee has published over 85 academic articles and 1 book, and received numerous research awards. Most recently, he is the 2015 winner of the Herbert Heneman Jr. Career Achievement Award from the Human Resource Division of the Academy of Management.

Tuition fee
The participation fee for Workshop is 190 € + VAT
Early bird application till (and including) 5th Jun 2015 is 170 €+ VAT
Fee includes:
- material produced by the lecturers,
- coffee and fruit during break and
- free parking in the parking lot at the EFLU.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15th Jun 2015. In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of programme fee.
