Getting to know Chinese culture and customs in Piran
CC Koper will organize day of Getting to know Chinese culture in customs under the slogan »Day of piece and intercultural integration«. The event is meant for everyone, especially for those who still are not familiar with Chinese language and culture. It will take place in Piran.
Visitors will be able to get familiar with rich Chinese culture directly through creative workshops like: calligraphy, paper cutting, making masks from Beijing opera and lanterns, Chinese painting, etc. Moreover, they will be able to try Chinese kitchen and traditional tea.
The kids from CC Koper, who are learning Chinese will perform on the event and show the visitors how interesting and fun it is, to learn Chinese language and culture.
The main event will be construction of Wall that represents peace and cooperation between nations. We invite all the groups of students from primary and secondary schools to attend event and participate in this construction. The best teams will receive gifts.
The whole day will end by releasing lanterns over Piran bay at sunset.
