How to work with a sanguine, a choleric, a melancholic and a phlegmatic?
On 10th of February 2016, an interactive workshop was held at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana on the topic of business with different types of people (according to their temperament). The event was organized by the Alumni and led by Anja Žagar, Director of the company VA-LI-DO, d.o.o. and the founder of female entrepreneurship in Slovenia. The main purpose of the workshop was to identify the type of personality of people and to adapt business communication to their emotional needs.
