Based on her extensive international life and work experiences Mrs Voljč provided the students with valuable advice on how to conquer the challenges of a daily global environment. We discussed characteristics, challenges and the importance of teamwork and provided recommendations for the incorporation of teamwork into the students’ study experience. Business schools need to equip students with the opportunities to understand better people from different cultural backgrounds. Culture and language knowledge build relationships.
