70th anniversary of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana

The Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana is celebrating its 70th anniversary. It was established in 1946 as part of the University of Ljubljana and soon became one of the most influential university organisations in the region.

The FELU teaching and expert staff would like to celebrate this important anniversary with all of you who have accompanied us and co-operated with us so that we have become the leading educational and scientific-research institution in the fields of economics and business sciences in our region.

The jubilee will be marked with a series of events set to take place in the week from 17 to 20 October 2016. Many events are associated with our slogan that highlights our core mission:

We are researchers, professors and we are students. Together with you, we have been writing the story of the Faculty of Economics for 70 years.

  • 1.00 p.m. OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION: 70 YEARS OF TEXTBOOK STORIES, Faculty of Economics, Central Economics Library
