Economics Faculty celebrates
Ljubljana, 20 October – Celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Economics Faculty in Ljubljana will culminate Thursday with a gala for the faculty employees and invited guests that will cap a week of events.
The gala comes after high-profile panel debates on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively debating the faculty’s research and the future of EU integration.
A special issue of the faculty’s journal Economic and Business Review (EBR) has also been issued and an exhibition of textbooks issued by the faculty in the past decade mounted.
The faculty was founded in 1946 under the auspices of the University of Ljubljana and is considered one of the key members of the university.
