Field trip of EMTM students to the Lake Cerknica

On 14 February 2018, students of the joint master degree programme European Master in Tourism Management (EMTM) visited the Lake Cerknica.  The excursion was a part of the subject Environmental Economics in Tourism taught by Tanja Mihalič,  Ph. D.  The title of the excursion was Eco-tourism of the Lake Cerknica. They visited the Museum where they were able to see the interactive model of the Lake Cerknica, the slideshow on Lake Cerknica in various seasons and had lectures on the topic Ecotourism- business model and product by Jana Kus Veenvliet from social enterprise Institute Symbiosis.  Institute Symbiosis also prepared the program. Furthermore, students also had a tour around the Lake and they were very excited about the beauty of nature.
