A guest from practice in the Learning and Knowledge Management course
On Tuesday, 27 March 2018, the Learning and Knowledge Management course (course leader: Prof. Dr. Vlado Dimovski) hosted a guest from practice Mark Kalin from BTC. Students learned that BTC d.d. was both an ‘open society’ and an ‘innovative city’. Mr. Kalin presented growth and learning in the company and how the Innovation Office was established. He also explained the Smart Voice application – a new internal channel for presenting ideas and improvements, the 4th Office – an electronic system for monitoring and managing projects as well as some approaches to searching for and introducing new business models and opportunities.
