An excursion to Hidria d.o.o.

In the framework of the Learning and Knowledge Management course led by Prof. Dr. Vlado Dimovski, an excursion was organised on Tuesday, 17 April 2018 to the Hidria d.o.o. company. The students first visited the institute, the labs and the production facility. Tjaša Pervanja and Mojca Brus then presented the company’s activities in the areas of employee learning, education and development, whereas Boštjan Tušar, MSc, and Andrej Rejc described the information support for learning and managing knowledge in this company that operates in a high-technology industry. Finally, a discussion was held on students’ project assignments where the latest findings and open issues were presented.
