CI Academy: (Mis)Understanding Chinese tourists: Are you really ready? was succesfully finished
End of May, Confucius institute Ljubljana succesfully finished CI Academy: (Mis)Understanding Chinese tourists: Are you really ready? where more than 100 participants from tourism sector (hospitality industry, tourism organisation and tour operators) in Bled, Portorož and Maribor got insight into mindset of Chinese tourists. Main speakers at the seminar: Tomazs Janczak, Andrej Raspor and Ding Zhonghui help them with practical advices to better understand Chinese culture as well as to succesfully cater Chinese guests.
