Third GETM3 Sandpit in Slovenia

In September, Ljubljana vas the venue for the 11th sandpit of the EU-funded project on Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management, GETM3. Researchers from 15 partner institutions from 5 countries met at the University of Ljubljana to discuss the progress of the research and work aimed towards project deliverables. Researchers spent four days at the School of Economics and Business, hosted by Associate Professor Katarina Katja Mihelič, workpackage leader and Sandra Đurašević, project manager. Our activities revolved around integrated deliverables, recording interviews and research outputs.

On Wednesday, we visited another one of Slovenian partners, Faculty of Computer and Information Science. Our host, Associate Professor Tomaž Hovelja, invited former and current students to present their successful business ideas and project initiatives. The sandpit week ended with a Program Steering Committee Meeting on Friday.

This was the third and final sandpit in Slovenia, while the previous two took place in 2018 and 2017. The next meeting is scheduled for January 2020 in Ireland. You are kindly invited to follow the ongoing project activities on Facebook @getm3global.
