Teacher training for new volunteers from China

12 new teachers from China will enrich Confucius Institute Ljubljana with their fresh knowledge. The first part of the teacher training for our new volunteers was held from Friday, 29th November until Sunday, 1st December. The purpose of the training is to introduce the chinese teachers to the way of working in the education field in Slovenia and at Confucius Institute and also with slovenian culture and life in Slovenia. All the teachers shared their experience and after shadowing eachothers lectures, gave eachother advice in a discussion. At the end of this week, on Friday, 6th December and Saturday, 7th December, the second part of the training will be held. In this second part, directors and sinologists from Confucius classrooms in Slovenia will share their knowledge and experience. Then our Chinese teachers will be ready to take on the activities in the new school year 2019/20. In doing so, we wish them a lot of success.
