EMTM master’s program students visited the ITB tourism fair in Berlin
Last week, from March 4 to 7, 2024, students from UL SEB’s EMTM postgraduate program went to Berlin as part of the Tourism Economics course to visit the largest tourism fair in the world – ITB 2024.
In addition to attending interesting lectures on the topic Health&Wellness tourism, the use of artificial intelligence in tourism, LGBTQ+ tourism and many others, the students tried their hand at networking and establishing new contacts. They also visited a series of booths of destinations from all over the world. This year’s host country was Oman. The students believe they learned a lot at the ITB fair and consider the excursion extremely successful.
