Prof. Metka Tekavčič, PhD participated in the Deans’ Conference of business schools in Beijing

On April 13, Professor Metka Tekavčič, PhD participated as a speaker at a Deans  conference in Beijing, which was organized as a follow up of  the 9th International Advisory Committee Meeting (IAC2024) of the partner faculty Beijing Jiaotong University, School of Economics and Management, in which she is a member.

The honorary participant and speaker was Professor Eric Cornuel, President of EFMD Global. EFMD Global contributes significantly to raising the quality of business education in China and other parts of Asia. Recently, the ACE association, which unites accredited business schools in Europe and China, started operating under the umbrella of EFMD Global. The School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, is a founding member of the association, which has successfully implemented several different projects. Under the leadership of Prof. Tekavčič, the association began to operate officially under the auspices of the EFMD. As a member of the EFMD Board, Prof. Tekavčič is now the EFMD representative in the ACE Steering Committee.
