Projects for HRM
Human Resource Management. Far from being a fancy term to describe how humans plan their meals (or aliens their human meals), it actually denotes the effective management of people in a company or organization.
An example: Learning how to manage people from books would not be a good practice of Human Resource Management (HRM).
That is why IMB partnered up with Kolektor Etra, Postonjska Jama and Unicredit to help students experience the challenges and thrills of HRM first-hand – to great success. Students came away with valuable insight into the strategic problems HR departments face, while companies gathered new and unencumbered ideas from outside their well-worn thinking tracks.
