Katarina Ložar, M.Sc., guest at the New Venture Creation course
Katarina Ložar, M.Sc., Assistant CEO of Vizija računovodstvo d.d., was a guest at a lecture given by Prof. Dr. Boštjan Antončič at the course New Firm Creation in graduate studies on November 14, 2022.
The guest presented the company and the formal matters that are important in setting up a business and accounting for existing companies. She particularly emphasized contents in business start-up procedures and focused on two most common forms: sole proprietorship and limited liability company. She invited students to the entrepreneurial event of the Festival of Entrepreneurship.
