Embassy of Italy in Ljubljana and  Slovenian-Italian Association Forum italo-slovene and Faculty of Economics organized a business meeting:

Italian Business and Banking Forum

on Thursday, 14th February at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.

 

The purpose of the meeting was presentation of development model “System Italy”, to Slovenian public. It’s reinforces skills for the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the role of public and financial institutions and public support tools and resources involved. We want to enrich the debate on related issues. We wish to enrich meeting with the debate on the current slovenian issues and find answers in the spirit of good cooperation and common European identity.

Prof. Massimo Vari, vice secretary of the Ministry of Economic development, opened the meeting, following by the central. Part of the morning schedule was: a lecture by prof. Angela Tantazzija from the University of Bologna, previous President of the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan and vice president of the London Stock Exchange.

The first part of the meeting was for banking. The following discussion was about public instruments supporting internationalization, intended for companies operating in the Italian economy. Conference day concluded on a discussion with the representatives of the companies that represent good practice and cooperation between the Italian and the Slovenian economy. In the attachment you can find a detailed program.
