An information session for the Doctoral Programme in Economics and Business

For the seventh consecutive year the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana held an information session for the Doctoral Programme in Economics and Business.

An overview of the programme and application and admission procedure was presented by Dr. Metka Tekavčič, Full Professor, Dean; Dr. Vesna Žabkar, Full Professor, Vice-Dean for Research and Doctoral Studies; Dr. Marko Pahor, Associate Professor, Doctoral Programme Coordinator; and Dr. Matej Černe, Assistant Professor, Doctoral Programme Graduate.

Here are some interesting facts:

This year the event was attended by more than 22 percent of the candidates over the last year. The number of foreign participants has also increased. More than half of this year’s participants expressed great interest in studying on our doctoral programme, mainly to further develop their competencies, because of quality curriculum and opportunities to study in English.
