MUNSC’s United Nations Simulation on the topic of Energy Security
Model United Nations Slovenia Club (MUNSC), a part of the youth section of the United Nations Association of Slovenia, invites you to take part in MUNSC’s United Nations Simulation on the topic of Energy Security, which will take part between the 8th and the 11th of July 2014. The simulation will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, at the Faculty of social sciences of the University of Ljubljana in cooperation with the Academic Forum for Foreign Affairs Graz.
They are offering young people aged between 18 and 29 a possibility to test themselves in the role of delegates, presiding officers or reporters (more in the application). The simulation will be in English. They will be simulating two committees:
- Joint cabinet crisis: Crisis in Ukraine;
- G20 meeting with United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) representatives: Energy Security and Phasing out the Reliance on Fossil Fuels.
