Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana organized first lecture within the EFFIE Academy. It was held by Marjana Lavrič Šulman, MSc, executive director of advertising agency Futura DDB. The title of the lecture was the following: Efficient management of strategic process: from client’s starting points to the whole action. By demonstrating practical cases, lecturer showed how to establish and efficiently run the strategic process from client’s starting points till the end of the action.
