EBSCO workshop on DiKUL and eBooks

in cooperation with EBSCO’s representative
Mr. Pavel Synek, trainer and support representative at EBSCO Information Services
will provide workshop on the following themes:
DiKUL and EBSCO eBook Business Collection (and Academic Collection).
About subjects:
- DiKUL – Digital Library of the Univesity of Ljubljana runs on the new platform since the end of last year and it is based on the EDS platform which offers user different (faster) search technology as the old one. DiKUL offers you combined search of most of the information sources (databases, e-journals, e-books, catalogues, UL reposity) avaliable at the Central Economics Library and / or UL.
- EBSCO eBook Business Collection is now available at the Faculty of Economics on the EBSCOhost platform.This collection offers more than 10,000 eBook titles selected to assist students and scholars with various business research, special project and entrepreneurial needs, and to help students understand general business concepts. A key resource for academic and business school libraries, content within the eBook Business Collection encompasses a variety of business topics, such as marketing, finance, supply chain management and entrepreneurship, with additional focus on career growth, personal development, communication and networking. Titles are available from many noteworthy academic and business / association publishers, including Oxford University Press, University of Chicago Press, Wiley, Entrepreneur Press and the American Management Association.
