Educational trip to Plaza Hotel Ljubljana
On Thursday, 6 November 2014, there was an educational trip to the Plaza Hotel, Ljubljana. Students that attended the excursion are enrolled in the course Tourism Management, held by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ljubica Knezević Cvelbar. The tour of the hotel was followed by a lecture given by the executive director of the hotel, Ms. Urša Radanovič, who presented hotel’s operations, managerial functions in the accommodation sector, the profile of guests and technology solutions that are used to reduce energy consumption.
