ATTENTION STUDENTS: Changes regarding the exam registration and students’ opinion surveys

Dear student,

the most anticipated time of the study year is approaching – the examination period. Since there are several changes this year, we would like to inform you about the changes regarding the exam registration.

We have developed a new section called Online Index which is available through the new classes webpages. Via Online Index you will be able to: register for exams, check your open exam registrations and enrolments and decisions of the Student Affairs Office. The exam registration will therefore not be possible via Exams section on the Student.net any more.

Registration for the exam date is open when 70 per cent of the course has been covered or 10 days before the exam date. You must register for exams no later than five days before the exam date. Later registrations are not possible, regardless of the reason for the delay.

Since we are aware of the importance of the students’ opinion about pedagogical work, we would like to encourage you to share your opinion with us and help us to improve the quality of our educational process.  Your opinion is very valuable to us and the surveys are anonymous, only aggregate results are visible and not individual answers.

Students’ opinions on the pedagogical work surveys will be available before exam registration or on the course webpages.

Your opinion counts. There have been several changes made to courses based on your opinions. Many lecturers included additional teamwork exercises, case studies and preliminary exams in numerous courses.

We appreciate your time and all your inputs. We wish you a lot of success in the upcoming examination period.

Prof. dr. Tomaž Turk, Vice-Dean, Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana
