The EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) hosted its 2016 EFMD Annual Conference at the LUISS Business School in Rome, Italy from 12 to 14 June 2016. The conference was attended by the FELU Dean prof. dr. Metka Tekavčič and EQUIS Project Manager doc. dr. Petra Došenović Bonča.

Under the theme “Collaboration, Creativity & Change”, representatives from business schools and corporate learning institutions from more than 50 countries presented their best practices. Participants discussed how to motivate faculty members to collaborate with other departments for their research, how to successfully implement a digital learning strategy and how to provide students with an international learning experience even in a non-international hub.

EFMD also awarded EQUIS and EPAS accreditations to schools committed to high quality and continuous progress in business education. For the fourth time in a row, the EQUIS Accreditation was awarded to the FELU for the period of three years (2015-2018).

In addition to this exceptional recognition that is held by 163 best business schools in the world, the dean prof. dr. Metka Tekavčič was also appointed as a new member of the EQUIS Accreditation Board. This is an outstanding recognition of the FELU and its management. We congratulate our Dean, prof. dr. Metka Tekavčič.
