Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter at University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics has qualified for a High Honors status for the 2016/2017 academic year. This status is indicative of a campus where academic excellence is valued and where the faculty officers of the chapter work diligently to enhance Beta Gamma Sigma’s stature on campus.

About Beta Gamma Sigma

Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) is a scholastic honor society of business students founded in 1913 in the USA. Currently 491 business schools around the world have a BGS Chapter. The BGS’s mission is to encourage and honor academic achievement in the study of business, foster personal and professional excellence, advance the values of the Society, and serve its lifelong members.

As an institution accredited by the AACSB International, in 2011 FELU established its own Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) chapter (dubbed “Klub BGS EF”). By joining the BGS network, FELU aspires to offer its best students and graduates the same opportunities as those provided to the students of best business schools around the world. BGS membership is by invitation only and is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive at a school accredited by AACSB International. This year the seventh generation of BGS members received their certificates at the induction ceremony.
