Lek, Sandoz Novartis – Novartis’ 3-year development programme for young finance officers
On Wednesday, 30 May 2018, the FELU campus in Ljubljana was the venue for a presentation of employment possibilities associated with a 3-year programme intended for developing young finance officers within Lek Sandoz Novartis.
The event was organised by the Centre for Student and Career Services. The programme gives a unique chance to get to know different financial fields and enables an insight into a range of contents within the financial business functions. New employees are provided with a general overview of how the financial function in the organisation operates, with an emphasis on business planning, analyses and accounting. Employees are also sent to at least one Novartis location in Europe for a short period of time.
