Guest lecture by Eva Štraus Podlogar, State Secretary
On Monday, 11 February 2019, the Faculty of Economics welcomed a guest from the business world – Eva Štraus Podlogar, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. She lectured at the Environmental Economics in Tourism course, led by Prof. Dr. Tanja Mihalič, on the subject of sustainable growth in Slovenian tourism, with an emphasis on the importance of green tourism.
After the lecture an open discussion was held on the topic of economic, environmental and socio-economic sustainability of Slovenian tourism.
