Invite | Join Kearney at the 2020 PROUD Academy

Are you part of the LGBTQI+ community? Are you tired of companies saying how important diversity is to them, but not showing it with their actions?

Then join Kearney at the 2020 PROUD Academy.

We are inviting you to join the Kearney PROUD family in Amsterdam from April 1 – 3, 2020. In short, we want you to join the Kearney family and discover what it is like in our (fabulous rainbow) shoes.

At the academy you will receive consultancy skills training from LGBTQI+ consultants and will work together to solve a real case we worked on. You will then present your recommendation to a panel of Kearney partners. We will also be discussing what it means to be queer at a firm like Kearney, and enjoying what Amsterdam has to offer in the evenings or learn about the latest research findings on LGBTQI+?

Logistics

The event will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and we will cover the full cost of the program, including transportation, accommodation, and food. You will stay in a lush hotel on the waterfront, minutes from our office, offering you the chance to experience Amsterdam as you have never before.

Application

The Academy is open to all European students graduating before the end of 2021.

If you would like to attend this event, please submit your application here by 12 pm on Friday February 28, 2020. Successful applicants will be notified by Thursday March 5, 2020.
