Sterilizer has replaced the quarantine of the publications
In order to provide our users with safe circulation of library materials, CEK has decided to purchase an UV-C light sterilizer. By using this device, contact with a book or other publications and items is safe after only one minute. This allows us to work effectively at the library and our users to access and safely use study, scientific and other printed materials.
UV-C disinfection is proven to be effective in eliminating various viruses and microbes that threaten our health. The sterilizer also has a powerful fan to remove fine dust, and allows the UV-C rays to reach the inside of the book.
We believe and look forward to CEK’s new acquisition contributing, at least in part to a more relaxed and free working and studying daily life for each of us.
