CPOEF E-TALK: Remote work and side hustling. Threat or opportunity?
Remote and hybrid work is here to stay, and many consider it the future of work even after COVID-19. Therefore, we are organizing an online debate CPOEF E-TALK: “Remote work and side hustling. Threat or opportunity?” where distinguished speakers will highlight pros and cons of flexible work arrangements, especially “side hustling”.
Increased autonomy of flexible work arrangements allowed the opportunities for ‘side hustling’, which makes us wonder:
– How common is ‘side-hustling’?
– What are the key threats and opportunities of ‘side-hustling’ for employers and employees?
– How to foster an inclusive climate of trust that results in long-term commitment and performance?
– How to develop high-quality meaningful relationships among co-workers that will contribute to their dedication and work engagement?
