Povezani EF and SEB LU together for Ukraine

In the Povezani EF group, we strongly condemn Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. War and hostile interventions do not bring a solution in any situation. They leave behind catastrophic consequences, innocent victims, destroyed lives and trample all basic norms of civilization. We extend our deepest condolences and solidarity to all Ukrainian people, especially to our Ukrainian and Russian students, whose stories have shocked and continue to shock us.

Together with the School of Economics and Business, the affiliated SEBLU will provide all necessary assistance and support to students from Ukraine and Russia who are in need. If students have any questions or problems, they can contact the following two people:

Starting Wednesday, March 2, we will be collecting relief supplies for the people of Ukraine every day between 10am and 12pm at the Povezani EF office: hygiene items, blankets, medical equipment, warm clothes, non-perishable food and electric generators.

You can also donate money to the Red Cross by sending an SMS with the keyword BEGUNCEM (contributing 1 euro) or BEGUNCEM5 (contributing 5 euros) to 1919 or an SMS with the keyword KARITAS5, also to 1919.

In the hope that war and international conflicts will stop immediately and that peace, reason and interpersonal solidarity will prevail!
