Orientation days for exchange students in Spring 2023

On Thursday, February 9, the School of Economics and Business welcomed a new group of exchange students who will spend the spring semester with us. This semester we are hosting 126 students from 29 countries and from 74 partner universities in a study exchange and double degree programme. In the introductory speech, the Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Marko Pahor welcomed the students and wished them a successful start in their studies at SEB LU. Then we introduced them to the SEB LU, Ljubljana and Slovenia.

This was followed by a lecture on Slovenian culture and habits by Ženja Kansky Rožman and a presentation of extracurricular activities at the University of Ljubljana.

On Friday, we started the programme with a presentation of the Central Economics Library and introduced them the Study sytem and SEB LU. Later, the SEBuddies gave them a tour of the school and got to know them better through different icebreaker games. During the weekend, the students will get to know Slovenia together with ESN University Ljubljana, which has prepared trips to different corners of Slovenia.
