Awarding of recognitions for QUINTAUM user companies for excellent results so far in measuring the experience of employees in the period 2021-2023

Prof. Metka Tekavcic (SEB LU) was the guest of honour at a business event of the National Certification Program of Macedonian companies “MACEX” for outstanding achievements of organizations dedicated to the well-being and understanding of the needs of employees, following the experience of employees as an important indicator for creating an environment that is a great place to work and live.

The event took place on November 6, 2023, in Skopje.

The certification process for the “MACEX” awards was organized by the Macedonian Association for Customer and Employee Experience, MACEX, in cooperation with VITA INSTITUTE and QUINTAUM.

In this project, SEB LU is one of the international partners together with Harvard Business School, the Jožef Štefan Institute Ljubljana, Združenje Manager and IRCAI (International Research Centre on Artificial Intelligence under the auspices of UNESCO).

In her speech, Prof. Tekavcic emphasized that “Тhe Quintaum methodology will greatly contribute to the determination of anomalies in companies and the establishment of better relations with employees and a better working atmosphere. Every employee needs his/her work and contribution to be recognized by the employer and the well-being of the employee is very important to the success of the company”

The Quintaum methodology was presented by Professor Andreja Kodrin, Founder of Quintaum and Co-founder of the Employee Experience Certificate.

The panel discussion titled “Experiences from measuring employee experience through the QUINTAUM methodology and its value in managing organizational change” was moderated by M.Sc. Hristina Velkovska, President of MACEX, Director of Vita Institutе, Co-founder of Employee Experience Certificate.

Participants in the panel discussion were representatives of the award-winning companies for 2021-2023: Tinex (market chain), Zegin (pharmaceutical wholesaler) and KOLA MK (distribution company).

This business event was attended by representatives from around thirty companies from North Macedonia.
