HR Manager of the Year 2015 in Macedonia

Best HR- Manager of the year 2015 in Macedonia is a programme for master’s degree students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana’s, Campus in Macedonia.

The 7th International HR – Conference, which was held in Skopje on 30 October 2015 titled “HR Experience & Innovation”, organized by the Macedonian Human Resources Association consisted of five presentations by respected practitioners and representatives of the international academic and business sectors. The even also included an award ceremonny for the Best  Human Resources Manager in Macedonia.

As the honour of “HR Manager of the Year 2015” was awarded to Mr. Nikola Eftimov, HR director in the Alkaloid AD company, Skopje. He is a student on the Master’s programme at the Faculty
of Economics, University of Ljubljana’s, Campus in Macedonia.

When he received the award, Mr. Eftimov told the audience that “If we want to develop the HR function and maintain a high level of professionalism, as HR-professionals, our task is to provide building systems and developing agile and innovative leaders and build value systems in companies representing a “role-model”, while at the same time enabling quality development and fostering young talent, in order to be competitive in every aspect”.

In addition the award for HR Manager of the Year for 2015, at the Conference were awarded two more prizes: Best HR – Essay of the year 2015 and HR-Innovation Manager of the year 2015.
