A BIG, WARM WELCOME TO ALL OUR NEW STUDENTS!
Dear Students,
The beginning of the new academic year is approaching and we are looking forward to welcoming you at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana (the FELU).
Orientation day for all first year students will start on the 3rd of October at 9.00 a.m. The main reception will be held in Slovenian language in the Mercator Hall at the FELU. Following a welcome address and a short presentation of the FELU, students will be divided into smaller groups which will proceed to separate classrooms. There, they will be given general practical information about studying at the FELU and detailed information about their study.
For students who wish to attend Orientation day in the English language, there will be a separate event held in Lila dvorana (LD) at the FELU starting at 10:20. In addition to the information provided at the Slovenian reception, the English-speaking event will also provide extended content on international student-specific topics: organising your life in Slovenia, the study system at the FELU, the student life in Ljubljana, etc.
