WARM WELCOME TO ALL FELU FRESHMEN!

ear Students,

The beginning of the new academic year is approaching and we are looking forward to welcoming you at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana (the FELU).

Orientation day for all first year students will start on the 2 October at 9.00 a.m. The main reception will be held in Slovenian language in the Mercator Hall (Large Hall) at the FELU. Following a welcome address and a short presentation of the FELU, students will be divided into smaller groups which will proceed to separate classrooms. There, they will be given general practical information about studying at the FELU and detailed information about their study.

For students who wish to attend Orientation day in the English language, there will be a separate event held at the FELU in the room P-021 at 10.20. In addition to the information provided at the Slovenian reception, the English-speaking event will also provide extended content on international student-specific topics: organising your life in Slovenia, the study system at the FELU, the student life in Ljubljana, etc.

The traditional 2017 Freshmen Welcome event at the University of Ljubljana will be held on the same day, 2 October at Kongresni trg in Ljubljana. The official part of the event will begin at 5 p.m. with a festive opening of the new academic year.
