Faculty of Economics organized IRSSM-9 Symposium
Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana is proud to announce organization of IRSSM-9 Symposium (the 9th International Research Symposium in Service Management) which took place from 23 to 27 July 2018.
The theme of the symposium was “Service Imperatives in the New Economy: Towards convergence of functional and experiential services”. The symposium invited conceptual or empirical research presentations, and/or country context case studies, thus enabling both academics and practitioners to understand the socio-cultural, economic and technological influences on services.
Chair of Programme Committee is Assoc. Prof. Tomaž Kolar, and members are Assist. Prof. Barbara Culiberg and Teach. Assist. Urša Švegl.
