GETM3 meeting: Researchers of a H2020 project meet in Dublin

In January of 2018, GETM3 researchers working on the international project related to Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management went on a research visit to Dublin. Members of the Faculty of economics University of Ljubljana team, Full Professor Nada Zupan, Associate Professor Katarina Katja Mihelič, Associate Professor Matej Černe, and Associate Professor Robert Kaše visited Dublin City University and Technological University Dublin as the two partner institutions organized the Sandpit events. First, they attended the HRIC 2019, the HR division conference of the Academy of Management, presented papers and participated in the Professional Development Workshop devoted to GETM3. Katarina Katja Mihelič, the Project Leader of Work Package 4, presented the initial results of cross-cultural research about Employer and Employee expectations in the employment relationship. The second part of the sandpit was devoted to the ongoing work related to integration of the results across work packages, presentations, and planning future activities.

The next meetings of GETM3 researchers are scheduled for April in Daegu, South Korea, June in Newcastle, UK and then in September in Ljubljana, Slovenia. You are kindly invited to follow the ongoing project activities on Facebook @getm3global.
