Rector’s address on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of SEB LU

Dear SEB LU Community,

Sincere congratulations on the 75th anniversary of your faculty. It is difficult to imagine what Slovenia and the University of Ljubljana would be like today if the then Faculty of Economics had not opened its doors on 8 March 1946. In 75 years, you have educated people at the School of Economics and Business who significantly shape not only the Slovenian but also the international space; with your knowledge and research, you have brought to light many current and past events, helped make important decisions, and co-shaped the future. With your successes and actions, you are building the reputation of the University of Ljubljana. The breadth of your faculty is also exemplified by your 3C project, in which you managed to combine knowledge, charity, and positive changes.

Thank you for being a part of the University of Ljubljana for the past 75 years and thank you for creating, connecting, and changing.
