Presentation on Recycling and Sustainable Use of Advanced Materials By Professor Larry Lessard

The Embassy of Canada in cooperation with the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering has the pleasure of inviting you to a presentation on Recycling and Sustainable Use of Advanced Materials By Professor Larry Lessard from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of McGill University, Montreal, Canada On September 28th , 2022 from 15:00 to 16:30, followed by a meet and greet with the Professor.

Opening remarks by Senior Trade Commissioner of Canada, Mr. Francis Uy. Prof. dr. Mihael Sekavčnik, Dean FME UL The event will be held in English. The presentation will be held at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Aškerčeva cesta 6, SI1000 Ljubljana, Lecture Hall V/2.

Professor Lessard is biking to Ljubljana as part of his Bike62 tour. He plans to cover 20,000 kilometres and traverse 28 countries through three continents around the world to raise awareness of the importance of recycling by cycling.
