Prof. dr. Metka Tekavčič and Prof. dr. Andreja Cirman participated in the annual AMBA conference in Seville

Metka Tekavčič, Dean of SEB UL and Andreja Cirman, Vice – Dean of SEB LU participated in the annual AMBA conference in Seville where the deans and directors of AMBA-accredited schools exchanged experiences in the implementation of the MBA. Metka Tekavčič  also  participated in the panel, titled: “Advancing equity, diversity and inclusion across all learning formats”, chaired by Wendy Loretto, Dean of  University of Edinburgh Business School and the future president of AMBA. Our Dean,  Metka Tekavčič, together with panelists, also distinguished professors and leaders: Emiko Tsuyuki, Dean of Chuo Business School at Chuo University,  Ann Olazábal, Interim Dean at University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School and Aditya Singh, Director of  Athena School of Management, exchanged best practises on how business schools can create and develop spaces where everyone is welcome and in which all can embrace difference and uniqueness. Panellists also discussed the ways the business schools could help tomorrow’s leaders to become heroes of diversity in their future careers. They presented and explored best practices relating to equity, diversity and inclusion.
