Talent Search:
The Talent Search is the tool that employers are using to find talented candidates for entry level full time and internship roles. The Talent Search aims to match candidate strengths with employer needs and only searches on the areas of the test that are relevant for the specific job opportunity. Meaning that students do not have to do well on all sections of the test in order to get contacted by employers, but rather allows them to showcase their strengths to employers.
All student profiles are completely anonymous, and students control which companies have access to their complete profile and personal details. Students can also choose up to three countries in which they would like to promote themselves, providing the ability to maximize the employment search both locally and abroad.
Students have the option to opt out of the Talent Search if they are not happy with their scores. Students can also opt out of being included in the talent search even before they take the test if they would simply like to see where their strengths are and where they stand compared to the global talent pool.
