The Persuasive Change Leader”, which was held from 9 to 12 July. The main purpose of this unique programme was to develop the leadership skills of managers, to help enhance the competitiveness and innovation companies. Recognized experts in the field of  educating managers from Dublin City University in Ireland, Prof. Patrick Flood and prof. Dr. John Mc Mackin designed a programme which enables managers to develop their own leadership style and thus utilize their managerial skills. This programme was beneficial  to those who currently have, or plan to take on  a change leadership role in an organizational setting.
