The first week of Erasmus Intensive Programme has come to an end

The Erasmus Intensive Programme (IP) takes place at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana and is led by prof. dr. Vesna Žabkar.

For 23 students who come from four countries (England, Belgium, the Netherlands and Slovenia), the first week was dedicated to creative lectures and learning all about the Slovenian capital.

The lectures were given by:

  • prof. Bina Champaneria, from NHTV University in the Netherlands on  importance and meaning of project management
  • creative director of Pristop, g. Aljoša Bagola about the role of integrated marketing strategies
  • Mrs. Barbara Modic – Pristop Media, Mrs. Petra Stušek – Ljubljana Tourism and Aleš Šepetavec – RENDERspace, about the process of media planning

The lectures were concluded with a lecture by prof. Arnoud Versluis, from NHTV University in the Netherlands.

In the afternoons, students were exploring the picturesque corners of the capital, tasting the rich gastronomic offer and getting to know the main attractions of the city. They have also experienced the Mediterranean pulse of the city while wandering along the Ljubljanica river and at the evening tour with torches. On the weekend the participants have visited the Slovenian Coast and Karst and they were finalizing the project work Emona 2000.
